NetTest is a companion app for a personal NetTest network-diagnostics device. It lets you trigger network tests (Wi-Fi, LAN, Bluetooth, and related diagnostics) on your own device and view the results. It is not a general-purpose app and does not connect to any server other than the NetTest device you configure it to use.
NetTest does not collect any data. Specifically, we do not:
The app stores a small amount of technical connection data locally on your phone, using standard Android app storage. This never leaves your device except to the NetTest unit you connect to.

The app requests the Android INTERNET permission, which it uses exclusively to communicate with the
NetTest device on your local network or private Tailscale network. No other network destination is contacted.
NetTest is a technical network-diagnostics tool and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, an updated version will be published at this same address, with a revised effective date above.
